Boecore is committed to supporting the local community in various fund raising events and charities. Boecore employees are annually invited to participate in the United Way fund raising campaign. Boecore is a proud sponsor of the Boys and Girls Club Annual PeakCo Corporate Challenge. Boecore employees also have had the opportunity to participate in Hike for Habitat, an annual fundraiser hosted by the Habitat for Humanity of Colorado Springs.

In conjunction with Pikes Peak Workforce Center (PPWFC), Boecore supports the local Transition Assistance Panel (TAP) for retiring military personnel at the following locations; Schriever AFB, Peterson AFB, and the US Air Force Academy. Boecore also contributes to local employment speaking engagements or request from PPWFC, the Small Business Development Center and University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
